Koefoed smørrebrød

Restaurant Koefoed’s smørrebrød is a retelling of the classic, Danish open sandwiches, for which we have upgraded the ingredients with foie gras, truffles and caviar and deconstructed the servings in contemporary style.

On the plate our smørrebrød looks like a modern starter, but it becomes smørrebrød when you are eating it on the homemade ryebread, which is served beside the delicate fried plaice fillet, smoked salmon or herring og cold cuts.
